About Mac Modern Farmhouse
Our Story
Originally built in 1907, this historic home was fully restored and remodeled in 2020. Two blocks from famous 3rd St in downtown McMinnville. Walk to some of the finest restaurants, coffee, shopping, and nightlife Willamette Valley wine country has to offer.
Comfortably sleeps 14 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a pullout couch in the basement ADU, & an Airstream trailer in the backyard.
The basement ADU has a separate private entrance, separate kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The main house and ADU also connect through an interior staircase.
Family and pet friendly with fenced yard, turf grass, and kids playground.
